#BeUnStoppable: Pria Hassan aims to promote women in business

Durban-based Pria Hassan, who also happens to be an Executive Director of WOA Group, is at the forefront of promoting women in business across Africa. Damon spoke to this #UnStoppable woman to find out more about her story.

As we all know, August is Women’s Month, and throughout this month we will be showcasing extraordinary South African women who are simply #UnStoppable.
I had the pleasure of chatting with Durban-based Pria Hassan, who is the Executive Director of the Women Of Africa (WOA) Fuels and Oils.
According to her company's website, Hassan bagged the Top Black Female Entrepreneur title at the 10th Metropolitan Oliver Empowerment Awards back in 2011.

KZN Top Business reports that the WOA Group was established back in 2005. The organisation is one of the first women empowerment groups in KZN and have grown in the logistics, engineering, trading, and fuels and oils industries.
