Legal expert explains unconstitutional level 3 and 4 regulations

After Tuesday's court ruling declared level 3 and 4 lockdown regulations unconstitutional and invalid, Darren Maule spoke to a legal expert and attorney, Jeandie Leone, to find out what this all means

The ruling was delivered by the North Gauteng Division of the High Court. The case was brought forward by the Liberty Fighters Network (LFN).
They strive towards economical freedom for all in our lifetime, irrespective of race, religion or sexual orientation. LFN beliefs that the lack of economical freedom is the result of the corrupt legal system they are aiming to reform.

Judge Norman Davis questioned various aspects of the lockdown provisions. Davis found that some of the regulations promulgated by the government simply did not meet the rationality test in preventing the spread of Covid-19.
