Eggs Benedict slams Pitso's Katsande remarks
Updated | By Benedict Ngwenya
After Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns' goalless draw on Saturday evening, Pitso Mosimane publicly bragged about instructing his players to kick Willard Katsande - and I think that should be condemned.

On Tuesday morning, we discussed Pitso Mosimane's remarks about instructing his players to kick Willard Katsande, the KZN derby between AmaZulu and Golden Arrows, and Arthur Masuaku's dismissal following a spitting incident.
Listen to the podcast then read more in the blog below:
It's no secret that I'm a huge admirer of Pitso 'Jingles' Mosimane, but what he said on Saturday evening left a sour taste in my mouth.
He says he instructed his players, especially Tiyani Mabunda, to kick Willard Katsande back if he kicks them, because the latter is "a bully and he always gets away with it."
This will bring the league into disrepute and it will result in other players targeting the Zimbabwean going forward.
I understand that coaches do say those types of things privately as they don't want their players to be intimidated by opponents, but saying such a thing on national TV is a disgrace.
It is not like he was telling his players to stand their ground, he was sort of telling them to fight and such behaviour must come to an end, as it also tarnishes the image of our league. Not on!
