It's National Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) week. Darren and Keri were faced with a rather frightening situation when Sky suddenly collapsed!

According to Arrive Alive South Africa, CPR is an emergency procedure consisting of external cardiac massage and artificial respiration - the first treatment needed for a person who has collapsed, has no pulse, and has stopped breathing.
CPR Week: Here's how you can save a life
While Darren was recording a segment addressing National Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) week, Sky Tshabalala suddenly collapsed behind him, leaving Darren and Keri Miller in a state of panic.
Luckily, the guys from St John Ambulance Durban were there to talk Keri through for what to do in order to save Sky's life.
