Updated | By East Coast Radio
12-year-old Jaden Kockott, an ardent swimmer who's taking part in the
famous aQuellé Midmar Mile this weekend, got to hang out with his hero,
Chad Ho.
That's thanks to him being the second entrant into the aQuellé
Academy of Superheroes.
Jaden will swim his 2nd aQuellé Midmar Mile as
part of the Browns School team, which caters for pupils with special
needs.
Jaden is proof that what the mind can conceive, the body can
achieve!
Ho, who's won the aQuellé Midmar Mile seven times, shared an important tip for the youngster ahead of Saturday.

Meanwhile, check out these tips from Chad for anyone swimming this weekend - and learn more about the open-water swimming champ.
