Traffic officer filmed attacking car during traffic stop
Updated | By Poelano Malema
A shocking video has emerged showing a traffic officer attacking a car during a traffic stop in London.
In the video posted on YouTube, the officer can be heard instructing the driver to get out of the car so he can check his details. However, the driver refuses to get out of the car, saying the officer can check the details with him inside the car.
The officer, clearly very annoyed, says the driver is not allowed to drive the car, to which the driver responds that he has a license.
But what follows that is a massive attack from the officer.
He smashes the window of the car, before proceeding to smash the windscreen and even attempts to slice into the glass with a penknife. The officer and his accompanying colleague are now on restricted duties following investigation into the matter, Metro reported. The incident took place over the weekend, and the driver, Leon Fontana, spent the night in hospital due to getting glass in his eyes, the publication added.
Below is the video of the shocking attack.
