Woman uses creativity to ensure boyfriend listens

There’s a saying “better to live in the wilderness than with a nagging wife”, but unfortunately for many women, getting their partners to do something requires nagging.

But one clever woman thought of a creative way to get her partner to do what she had been begging him to do for months, without seeming like a nag.

“My boyfriend loves my doodles I do and always suggests I do more "arting" as he calls it. He has always had a hard time with the toilet paper and what is supposed to happen when you move on to a new roll. So here yah go babe, the art of nagging :),” Lenarose wrote on Imgur.

She then went on to explain how she got her man to budge. “Drew on card stock paper (like an index card) - cut the pieces out, and then cut and ripped tiny pieces of tape that i then rolled so it would stick to both things - doodled on the empty rolls - used an exacto blade to cut small slits in the roll - cut wide twist ties for the suffering one (i save large wide twist ties from produce) and then cut regular size for the dead one and used them for the arms and legs - i had very thin wire and cut it to a decent size, then taped it to the card stock word bubbles and then to the holder and just tucked it into the full roll,” she wrote.

Wow, this lady has creativity and time in abundance. I must say this cute little animation activation is an attention grabber. As a mom of three small kids, just getting the kids to not block the loo bowl with half a roll of loo paper is a challenge. Just last week my eldest was called in to remove a whole roll of soggy loo paper from the loo. He was devastated at the retrieval, but knows for a fact he will never do it again. Lesson learnt.
