George sees Bafana improvement
Updated | By Staff Writer

They will be up against Mali in Cape Town.
Kickoff is at 5pm.
Bafana beat Mozambique 3-1 in their opening Group A match last weekend.
Former Bafana striker, George Koumantarakis, was impressed with the South African display against the Mambas.
Koumantarakis believes Bafana are making progress under Gordon Igesund.
"Bernard Parker finished well against Mozambique and Bafana are starting to produce the type of attacking football Gordon likes to play," Koumantarakis said.
"The step up will now be for Bafana to consistently score one or two goals a game. There was a time Bafana struggled to score just one goal and I think there has been an improvement in this department," he added.
Parker scored twice against Mozambique, while Hlompo Kekana also netted for the host nation.
Do you believe that Bafana are improving under Igesund?
