Updated | By Staff Writer

Libya topped group C after the first round of action from the African Nations Championship, following their comfortable 2-0 win over Ethiopia in Bloemfontein on Monday night.
Elmutasem Abushnaf opened the scoring as early as the fourth minute, before Abdulsalem Omar added the finishing touches to send the North African nation top of the pile.
Ethiopia moved in the other direction, as they sank to bottom, following Ghana's 1-0 victory over Congo Brazzaville, also in Bloemfontein.
Theophilus Anobaah's 35th minute strike handed the Black Stars their first win of the campaign, confirming their status as one of the favourites pre-tournament.
