Subramoney will contest his second professional bout at the ICC on Sunday, 26 October.
He will be part of a bill also featuring IBO flyweight world champion, Moruti Mthalane.
Mthalane will be up against Mexican challenger, Odilane Zaleta.
Subramoney made his professional debut earlier this year and won that contest via a third round knockout.
Subramoney, who lives in Crossmoor in Chatsworth, was undefeated in his 15 amateur bouts.
He said today that he enjoys contact sport and the dedication and self-discipline needed for boxing.
Subramoney is not a full-time fighter. He does home renovations and contracting to help pay the bills.
Subramoney considers Muhammad Ali his favourite boxer.
"I like his fighting style. I also like to throw punches from far away and not to fight in close. Stick and move is my preference," he said.
Subramoney also rates Floyd Mayweather.
"I admire him. He is the real deal," Subramoney added.
