SADAG urges men to seek mental health treatment
Updated | By Gcinokuhle Malinga
The South African Depression and Anxiety Group (SADAG) says untreated mental illness often leads to destructive consequences.

The organisation says South Africans need to talk about mental health more, and to encourage those struggling to seek medical help.
SADAG held a mental health advocacy walk along on the Durban beachfront on Sunday, ahead of World Mental Health Day on October 10.
SADAG Director and Clinical Psychologist Suntosh Pillay says stigma and misconceptions particularly get in the way of men seeking treatment.
