Long, flowy drapes
The more fabric, the better. Long drapes that cover your room's wall create an illusion that you've stepped right back into a hotel. Consider installing a curtain rod onto your ceiling and allow the soft fabric of your choice to flow down against your wall - top to bottom. It also gives an illusion that your room is higher than it looks. Consider going to your local second-hand shop where you're bound to score a bargain on a good pair of drapes, alternatively you could get in touch with a seamstress. Layered looks
