A man was found guilty of murder after his 22-month-old toddler was left to die in a hot car.

We have heard this story far too often and it is heartbreaking every single time.
Justin Ross Harris had a beautiful 22-month-old son, Cooper. He was tasked with the responsibility of looking after him, but left him in his car to die on a hot day in Georgia.

What was even more shocking is that after leaving him in the car to die, he proceeded to go to work and waited for him to bake to death. He also researched extensively on methods and times on how long it would take for someone to die in a hot car.

It was found that he left his son in the car as he wanted to escape family responsibilities and to have sex with underage girls.
Justin told police that he took his son for breakfast at a nearby restaurant then strapped him into his car seat after giving him a kiss.
However, prosecutors on the case overturned his claims as his statements did not make any sense as the restaurant was driving distance from his office. He could have seen his son in the backseat, but chose not to.
