Research has emerged showing that your partner's sleeping habits could be damaging your health.
Do you remember when you were a kid and bedtime would always be the thing that you dreaded the most?
But as you got older, sleep became more vital, even treasured. Sleeping allows you to recharge, rejuvenate, and refresh yourself for the day ahead.

For those of you who have partners, you become used to their sleep patterns, but their habits could have a damaging effect on your health.
According to research conducted by the University of Leeds, snoring could have a negative effect on you getting the sleep that you need. Effects include crankiness, depression, and even more serious health issues such as heart attacks.
Ear plugs, eye masks, and drinking calming teas are only temporary solutions. For some, choosing to sleep in separate bedrooms may be the only solution that works in order for them to get a peaceful and more restful sleep.
