Darren Maule: Black Friday survival guide
Updated | By Darren Maule
Black Friday is on everyone's lips today, but get ahead of everyone with this survival guide...
1. To avoid the rush, wait outside for people to get to their cars. People buy more than the can carry and won't be able to fit it all in their car. So you offer to take it off their hands at a discount. Call it Black Black Friday.
2. When you do want to go into the store don't look at what is on the shelves - look what's in the trolleys and if you spot something you like wait for the unsuspecting customer to go take advantage of their next deal and you lighten them if their load. It's not stealing! It hasn't been paid for YET.
3. Also, when people buy so much they often suffer buyers remorse. They
reconsider what they will need and not. You'll see them aimlessly in the
car park. Chat to them and barter what you have for theirs. You could
possibly get their 2nd TV for 4 bags of groceries.

4. Find a 'wet -
floor' sign and place it at the end of an isle that you want to manage.
So you can take time making the right choices.
Don't think now, think Xmas. Think upcoming birthdays and anniversaries. (This hack can normally only be done by a woman.)

Good luck and happy Black Friday.
