Jobodwana secures Beijing medal

Jobodwana, who is 23, clocked a new national record in ending third in Beijing this afternoon.
Usain Bolt comfortably won the 200-metres title, while Justin Gatlin again had to settle for silver.
The rest of the South Africans disappointed today with Caster Semenya and Justine Palframan failing to reach finals.
Khotso Mokoena did feature in a final, but could not do better than ninth in the triple jump.
The triple jump gold was won by Olympic champion, Christian Taylor, who recorded the second longest leap in history.
