The Premier’s Cup will take place on Saturday and Sunday at the Umhlathuze Central Sports Complex in Richards Bay and will feature five of the Province’s professional teams.
They are Premiership sides Lamontville Golden Arrows and Maritzburg United as well as National First Division teams AmaZulu, Thanda Royal Zulu and Royal Eagles.
The Durban Under-19 International Soccer Tournament, meanwhile, is back with the opening fixtures scheduled for Wednesday this week.
South Africa will again be represented by a KZN Academy XI and a South African national under-19 squad.
They will be up against under-19 teams from AC Milan, Arsenal, Galatasaray, VfB Stuttgart, PSV Eindhoven and Glasgow Celtic.
Arsenal and Celtic will contest the opening fixture at King Zwelithini Stadium on Wednesday afternoon.
Kickoff in Umlazi is at three o'clock.
PSV Eindhoven and the KZN Acadmy XI will meet at the same venue from five o'clock onwards on Wednesday.
Seats in the open stands will be free of charge.
