Pupils hurt in Joburg scaffolding collapse
Updated | By Nondumiso Zakwe

"Netcare 911 paramedics and several emergency services arrived at the scene and after triaging found that three teenagers had sustained serious injuries," spokesperson Chris Botha said.
He says the teens, estimated to be between the ages of 14 and 15, were underneath the scaffolding at the Delta Park School when the collapse happened.
While medics were stabilising the children, another child had a seizure.
"Medics and emergency workers worked hand in hand as a team to stabilise the children before transporting them to a nearby hospital for the care that they required."
Botha said the cause of the accident is being investigated. ER24 however said four children and a man were injured.
The school declined to comment on the accident.
