If you’re ready to make wellness a priority, set your environment up for victory. Your home, office and even your car need to be health-friendly and temptation free, so stock up and clean out appropriately before implementing your goals.
Exercise is just as beneficial as diet when it comes to ‘detoxing’. Trampoline jumping is a powerful tool for lymph drainage and circulation, as is exercising on a PowerPlate. Inverted yoga poses and cardio sprints are also easy ways to get a similar effect.
