See the Durban premiere of 'Cereal Killers 2'
Cereal Killers 2 'Run on Fat' is a documentary about world class triathlete Sami Inkinen and scientist Dr Steve Phinney challenging the efficacy and safety of "carbo-loading" for sports performance.
Run on Fat charts Sami's remarkable five year transition into an even faster, healthier, fat adapted endurance athlete.
It also provides an in depth view of other elite athletes and teams around the world who adopt a low carb way of living and performing.
You can join the Durban Premiere of this documentary followed by a short panel discussion including the producer, Donal O’Neill, Cape Town based cardiologist Dr Philip Mills, World Champion mountain biker Nedene Cahill and Dr Glen Hagemann.
