Natasha Perold had spent years giving everything to everyone around her. As a nurse, as a mother, as a partner. It was only when she made the deliberate decision to start paying attention to herself that she realised how much she had lost track of who she was.

She was on the show to talk about her journey to the Mrs Supranational SA grand finale, but the conversation went somewhere much more interesting than that. They covered faith, identity, raising sons who respect strong women, and her work with Pink Drive on National Cancer Survivors Day.

Mrs Supranational is a national pageant for women of purpose, whether single, divorced, or married, competing for R100,000 and a spot representing South Africa internationally. The grand finale is on 20 June in Madrid.
