Considering the travel dilemma from Tuesday and Vic Naidoo not being able to travel to Durban due to the Mango Airlines fiasco, this is very topical right now. Also considering that many of us have had our fair share of travel drama in our lifetimes, we thought let's share this story and find out your thoughts.

When it comes travelling, many people have experienced some or other travel drama. Whether it involves missing a flight, or having to pay extra for your luggage, even losing your luggage (a common one), all these have had passengers stressed out at some point or the other.

So when we saw this video, we thought that this must be a first for us. But maybe we are wrong, we will leave that ball in your court. So according to NBC News, the passenger refused to put her mask on and then proceeded to call the American Airlines staff member the 'B' word.

According the managerial staff member who is seen in the video, the passenger was not only rude and inappropriate to his colleague but also did not follow their mask policy and therefore he made the decision to refuse her entry onto the flight.

To be clear, it seems she had already purchased a ticket with the airline and because of her behaviour, she was being refused entry to her flight from Texas to Florida, in the USA.
