One of the many reasons people choose to watch a film or a series is because it's an escape from the real world.

But for some reason, people also love watching features that are based on real events, except when it's of the horrific kind of stories that are real but are given the cinematic touch.

So this week on #Watchparty we have a docuseries that is perfect for any fans of shows like 'House', 'Chicago Med', and, of course, 'Grey's Anatomy'.

You guessed it, it's a medical series.

Netflix has finally released their highly anticipated biographical drama series which tells the tragic life story of the Queen of Tejano - Selena Quintanilla.

'Selena: The Series' follows the singer from the age of nine, singing in a family band, to becoming one of America's most successful crossover artists, all the way to the 31st of March 1995.
