We have been talking about wedding dresses recently and how important they are. 

Whether they are super expensive or the ultimate thrift, it's all about making the bride feel like she is a princess on her big day. 

But what happens when you are outshined by another at your wedding day?

A woman shared her wedding day woes with the world of Reddit - and it wasn't a happy ending kind of wedding day either...

Her caption read: "MIL really wanted to be a bride. I'm now divorced from her son, who she posed with in the 2nd picture." (Reddit)

When you look at that pic, the only thing differentiating the bride from the mother of the groom is the bridal bouquet. 

Like, seriously, it is a cardinal rule not to wear white to a white wedding. For obvious reasons, of course...
