When Sir David Attenborough joined Instagram, he managed to gain a million followers in a record amount of time.

But now another celeb has come along and absolutely smashed it once again!

The one-and-only Rupert Grint, probably better known as Ron Weasley courtesy of the 'Harry Potter' movies.
The actor recently joined Instagram and announced his presence with a precious picture of him and his baby daughter.

The 'Harry Potter' star might be ten years late to the Insta party, but he managed to reach the million milestone in just four hours and one minute.
A full 43-minutes faster than Sir Attenborough.
Funnily enough, Grint is quite familiar with the Guinness World Record book and holds quite a few spots thanks to one of the biggest film franchises of all time.

Among others, the 'Harry Potter' franchise holds the record for the highest-grossing fantasy film of all-time.
