What these Rugby players can do is insane!
These guys deserve a slow clap, or a T-shirt that says "I have awesome skills".
In recent months I have become a real fan of 7's. Perhaps I have become a fan because the Sharks are not doing too well. Perhaps it is because the games are quick and fast. Perhaps it is because I can enjoy watching some of the finest athletes dazzle with their skills. Perhaps it is because South Africa is really good in this format.
I have always been amazed at the level of fitness and skill on display. But how skilled are these players. I came across this video from 2015, where a few USA 7's players were showing off their skills. It blew me away.
