Watch: Prison warden gets famous for the wrong reason
While on duty, a South African prison warden was recorded in a severely intoxicated state. The video, which was recorded by a colleague, has been spread across social media.
A video of a drunk warden on duty covered by his jacket, believed to have been taken by a man who is his superior, has been making the rounds on social media.

The Department of Correctional Services (DCS) is aware of a video depicting a drunk official in DCS uniform circulating on social media. The department is deeply appalled and aggrieved by this video.
Granted, it can’t be easy dealing with hardened criminals on a daily basis, but that's no excuse to drink on the job.
“Are you fit for duty?” the person filming the video asks him.
“I’m fine‚ Meneer (mister)‚” he replies.
The inebriated officer staggers to his feet and answers questions with a slur. He not only battles to hold a conversation, but can’t even find his gun.

People have reacted with sympathy for the man.
That Guy looks like he has Drinking problems or problems that makes him to drink heavy. He needs help don't kill his kids n wife 😢😢😢😢pls CAPTAIN 😢😢😢ag shame or maybe in divorce or lost family members or personal issue 😢😢 I feel like crying 🙄😒😢😢

This is so sad. You have to be utterly broken and hollowed out from within to hate yourself this much. Some of us are drunk on other things like pride, lust and greed but because we retain a modicrum of respectability we don't see it and are occassionally rewarded by society.
