Imagine working in a company where you don’t just have one or two colleagues, but everyone has your back? Amazing, right?

When their friend and co-worker fell on tough times after his car was stolen from the parking area outside the restaurant he works at, the entire team got together to buy Kea a car to replace what was taken from him.

Being a long-time employee at Ruffino's on the River, a restaurant in Lafayette, Louisiana, the management team decided they wanted to do something special for Kea and pitched in to buy him a car.

This video of the big reveal is truly something special, and the look on his face as his co-workers greet him is an incredible moment.

Kea’s manager told him: "Look at me, you're family alright? You've been here a long time, you work your butt off. We want you to be here as long as you can be here so we got you a little something."
