This footage will take you back to the plane scene which happened in the 'Final Destination' movie from the early 2000s.

I don't get the opportunity to fly often, but when I do, I don't quite mind it. I know a colleague of mine is absolutely terrified about jumping on a plane, and would rather choose the driving route than the quick flying option.

Luckily for me, most of my flights have been during the day in good weather - thank goodness. Flying during bad weather could become a nightmare for a passenger who would probably be clinging to everything nearby, praying hard they reach their destination.

A passenger who was making his way to Florida, USA managed to capture a rare lightning storm up in the skies which seemed like it was mere metres away from him.

New York Post reported that due to the 'dangerous nature of the storm', the plane had to chill in the skies for about half an hour before making a safe landing.

Memo to myself: ALWAYS check the weather way before booking a flight!
