EFF deputy president Floyd Shivambu is making news - and it's not for the right reasons.
Just recently, Newswatch reported that while waiting outside Cape Town mayor Patricia De Lille’s disciplinary hearing, Shivambu was seen on camera in a scuffle with a journalist.
Adrian de Kock, a journalist from Netwerk24, asked Shivambu if he wanted to comment on the hearing in question and proceeded to snap pictures of the politician. Clearly, Floyd wasn't feeling it as he insisted that de Kock delete the pictures because he had not given consent for them to be taken.

Here's how social media reacted to his apology...
You were out of order and EFF should take steps to discipline you or you should step down as an MP.

Accepted, but be a gentleman and invite him for lunch to kiss and make-up. We all have out bad days, you're not the exception. Tomorrow the sun will shine again🙌🏼

An assault is a physical harmful attack ....Can we appoint a neutral doctor to examine the extent of damage. Behind each and every behaviour is a driving force what did the journalist do on his side of contribution @Conrad1950

Apology accepted. This is what we call leadership.
