Life in plastic, it's fantastic! Woman spends thousands to look like a living anime doll
A woman has admitted to spending thousands each month to look like her favourite Japanese anime character.
Most of us have a special celebrity that we admire, but the question is, how far would you go to look like them?
Well, for Katie Castle, she did everything possible to resemble her favourite Japanese anime character. According to W24, the teen from Los Angeles, USA loves her favourite character so much that she dresses up like a cartoon doll with bright colours, tons of make-up, and bows.

Castle, who goes by @katiebabydoll on Instagram, gives her 68,000 followers a behind-the-scenes look into her life, and shows off her daily over-the-top, yet adorable looks.
Naturally, she does say she gets stopped in the street by people who want to snap her picture. "“People take a lot of pictures but I don’t really mind because I like taking pictures too. If I saw someone who looked like me on the street I would want to take a picture too because it would be so unbelievable," she said.

It takes Katie roughly two hours to get ready every day, and she does it because she is so passionate about it. It has become a part of her life and her identity.
