While I was sipping on my coffee on my way to work this morning, I tuned in and heard Damon talking about engagement rings - if their size and price actually matters. Well, a woman's day was made when a missing engagement ring turned up in her garden almost 13 years later after losing it. Talk about discovering a treasure!

Today reported that the 84-year-old ended up losing the ring after digging in the garden back in 2004, but was discovered recently when her daughter-in-law went into the garden and noticed it wrapped around a carrot.

When she lost it, without her husband's knowledge, she replaced the ring but was lucky to be reunited with it again. I mean, seriously, what are the chances of this actually happening? I love discovering hidden treasures that I had completely forgotten about. It really is such a joy and a wonder.

As for this grandma, I can only imagine the joy that she must have experience when her daughter-in-law brought inside a 'one-carrot' treasure that 'turned up' in her garden (see what I did there).
