Mzansi's award-winning DJ was meant to perform at a nightclub in Marbella, Spain, however, he was caught in the middle of a shooting incident where five people were injured.

This shocking news hit our Twitter feeds as onlookers were quick to capture the incident as it unfolded.

As one can imagine, many partygoers were shocked when this incident took place at Opium Beach Club in Marbella

Black Coffee was due to perform at the event. The incident took place around 1am.

What we currently know concerning the incident is that a gunman opened fire at the establishment in the party town of Marbella just as Black Coffee was about to start his set.

This heartbreaking incident has shocked people all around the world. 

Thankfully, security quickly subdued the shooter after the initial shots were fired.

The question on our mind is; what exactly sparked this incident? 

As reported by the Daily Mail, the shooting is believed to have occurred during a fight between two parties in a VIP area of the beach club after a man was thrown out moments earlier by bouncers.
