Leaked audio of Harvey Weinstein admitting to alleged sexual assault
Secret audio has been leaked by The New Yorker which exposes the Hollywood mogul admitting to groping a Filipina-Italian model.
Time and time again, we hear about powerful men taking advantage of young innocent women trying to make a name for themselves.
Over the past few days, one at a time, women have come forward and claimed that Harvey Weinstein sexually assaulted them, including, most recently, Gwyneth Paltrow and Angelina Jolie. Some would ask why have they waited all these years to open up about their abuse? Well, they were fearful for their careers and him 'destroying them' in Hollywood - which he has been known to do to other actresses.

Audio has subsequently surfaced where Filipina-Italian model, Ambra Battilana Gutierrez, went undercover with the NYPD and his behaviour is more than alarming. Hearing his disgraced plea for her to come and watch him shower makes me feel sick. I can't imagine anything more off putting then watching Harvey soap up, how gross.
He pleads like a child begging for candy and gets angry when she says she won't do it. The clanger is when he glosses over the fact that he inappropriately touched her the day before and is more concerned about her embarrassing him in the hotel. He even goes on to swear on his children that he won't do anything to her.
According the CNN, Hillary Clinton and the Obamas condemned Harvey Weinstein and even went on to express their disgust. Weinstein was a long time donor to their political party.
The Weinstein Company has a huge body of work behind them and is home to a few of my favourite films, such as Inglorious Bastards, The Hateful Eight - both film titles could be used in the same sentence as this despicable man.

Over a period of 20 years, he has got away with this and I wonder if no one came forward, how much longer would he have continued for? This got me thinking, how many cases like this take place every day and are not reported?
