Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s 15 months of marriage is over!

Johnny Depp has reportedly asked a judge to reject Amber Heard's claim for spousal support after she filed for divorce on Monday after just 15 months of marriage.

The 30-year-old actress filed for divorce from the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star on Monday, citing irreconcilable differences and seeking spousal support, according to gossip website TMZ.

But the 52-year-old actor - who is estimated to be worth around $400 million, is now said to have filed a response through his lawyer Laura Wasser asking for Amber's maintenance claim to be turned down.

The couple are not thought to have put a pre-nuptial agreement in place before they tied the knot in February 2015.

Why on earth would Johnny not sign a prenup? Being worth so much money and not protecting it just seems bogus.

Johnny's ex of 14 years Vanessa Paradiso is upset with his wreckless behaviour and is less than impressed.

Not only did a Johnny leave Vanessa for Amber but to not protect their children's future inheritance from a women he has known for less than two years is irresponsible, don’t you think? I mean he should know better.

The rumour mill echoes that the main cause for Amber and Johnny’s split was his wild partying, “Johnny is a moody, emotional guy who is not an easy person to live with. He liked to think of himself as the Keith Richards of actors. He also became more and more interested in being a rock and roll star as he got older which meant late nights in blues clubs the studio. He would also go on these roller coaster emotional swings which were really hard on Amber. He’d get bummed out and then end up disappearing out of the country for over a week barely letting Amber know where he was. It took a serious toll on their relationship as she felt lonely.”

I can't imagine the once hunky Johnny is a walk in the park.

Let's hope this can be put to bed sooner rather than later, with as little drama as possible.
