LISTEN: Terence Pillay chats to MasterChef SA's season two winner - Kamini Pather and reveals an exciting competition:

When Kamini Pather won Season 2 of Masterchef South Africa, she became the second Durbanite to clinch the cooking show's title. Just a year before, Deena Naidoo took the same title.

Since winning, Kamini has gone on to achieve international success with her very own show on the Food Network, 'Girl Eats World', which airs in a number of countries across the globe. Not too shabby for a Durban girl who used to earn a living in advertising and as a food blogger.

Now Kamini returns to Durban to participate in the exclusive Fashion Food Fusion event at the Designer Labels Boutique at the new Pearls Mall in Umhlanga. The event, which runs from the 2 to 4 June, is the brainchild of Durban locals Nolan Russouw and Riaan Fortune. What they’ve done is produced a fashion show featuring the work of local designers Katherine Montague and Eli Ball and lined up celebrity chefs Pather and Peter Robertson to do a cooking demo at the same time. So guests will be able to watch their food being cooked by these acclaimed chefs, while also watching some cutting edge fashion coming down the ramp.

So I am offering two listeners the chance to attend this show with their partners if they can name one of the chefs and one of the designers that will be showcased at the Food Fashion Fusion Event.

All you have to do us follow me on Twitter (@terencepillay1) and tweet me the answers using the hashtag #foodfashionfusion. Entries will go into a hat and the winners announced on Friday.
