Eddie Jones owns negative British Journalists!
Updated | By George Thorne
Eddie Jones has no time for negativity from journalists!
It is a common problem in South African rugby. No matter how we play, we always look at what we didn't do well. We dwell on the negative, singling out and obsessing about individual players performances. Perhaps we have inherited this cultural trait from the English. We were, after all, under their boot for many years.
This week England scored 5 tries against Wales, yet the press could only focus on the performance of George Ford, the English flyhalf who was battling to get the ball through the uprights.
Eddie Jones let the journalists know exactly what he thought of their line of questioning. Brilliant!
Do you think we, as South Africans, are too negative when comes to our sports men and women?
