Passengers panic as smoke engulfs plane in Nigeria

Passengers on this plane were so terrified by the experience that they actually started chanting prayers.
Passengers aboard a flight from Nigeria experienced a terrifying ordeal recently when the plane filled up with smoke shortly after take off.
According to Daily Mail, shortly after taking off passengers could smell something burning. It was actually the engine that had caught fire.
The terrifying footage was captured by Twitter user @puffypearl, showing passengers clearly afraid and smoke engulfing the plane, forcing an emergency landing. Passengers were ordered to cover their nose and mouth with oxygen masks and wet towels.

Although none of the 53 passengers were injured in the incident, it must have been a terrifying experience that none of them would ever want to relive?
