#MEGGameChanger with MEG Skin and East Coast Drive has their winners!

We managed to find a few winners for the #MEGGamechanger with MEG Skin competition. 

MEG Skin selected two people for skin treatments, lifestyle and diet assessments and products which were worth over R8000 each and one person to win a Functional Assessment by MEG Injury Expert and THREE follow-up sessions of training and sports massages worth R3000.

"Was super excited to win such a cool prize at the end of 2019 with MEG as I had been struggling with some sports-related injuries for many months, including a very tight left glute as well as tension headaches from very tight shoulders and neck. Daine was really awesome as in the first appointment he did an assessment to gauge exactly what issues I was having and how he planned to treat them over the remaining 3 sessions. "It was a great pleasure working with Tarryn and helping her get her 2020 running clock underway. Tarryn is a fit and determined runner, so I knew my work was cut out for me from word go. In our initial assessment, I found that Tarryn has a couple of fundamental imbalances, which may be the reason she is experiencing pain in her hip during her runs. Everything on her left side was tight and sore and compensating for an underworking right side. Through the duration of our consults, the goal was to correct these imbalances and have Tarryn leave the practice feeling relaxed and confident to run again.
