East Coast Drive chats to close friend of Andy Carrie
Updated | By East Coast Drive
KZN tragically lost one of its favourite sons recently. East Coast Drive had a heart-to-heart with close friend Bruce Kilian.
Andy Carrie was known and loved by many in Durban, and KZN in general.
The 28-year-old was an amazingly talented individual.
He was a gifted surfer, skater and FlowRider and adrenaline junkie in general.
Carrie was also a musician, well-known in churches around Durban.
He also became a highly respected photographer, videographer and digital content creator.
Following his passing, friends and family held a vigil on Sunday, 11 December at uShaka beach to celebrate his life.
Over 200 people paddled out to scatter his ashes, while more watched from the uShaka pier.
