After admitting on radio that she's feeling as if cutting off her hair meant she was spiralling into a mid-life crisis, Mags now talks about how heavy turning 40 is making her feel.
According to Best Life Online, travelling the world to your favourite destination, treating yourself to the finer things in and life, and treating your body with love and adoration are among the few things to help cope with turning 40. Mags has found a few of her own ways to cope with this new chapter in her life.
