This new technology is replacing cash and credit cards, but would you trust it to pay for your bill with just a smile?
Forgetting your purse or wallet at home will soon no longer be a valid excuse for not being able to pay for your meal thanks to this pretty awesome technology.
A fast food outlet called KPRO in Hangzhou, China is fitted with a brand new payment system that works using facial recognition technology. The “Smile to Pay” system enables them to register the user’s face and recognises if the customer comes back again.
