Graphic Designer

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Gr12/Matric
  • Bachelor’s degree in for Graphic or Multi-Media Design
  • Minimum 1-2 years of graphic/multimedia design related experience
  • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools including Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator and other Adobe Software.
  • Demonstrate graphic skills with a strong portfolio
  • Have an understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements and multimedia design.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  • Graphic design and content layout
  • Content design for various social media and print platforms
  • Photography/Videography

OUTPUTS - Key Tasks:

  • Producing high standard of design services
  • Preparing finished art by operating the necessary equipment and software
  • Coordinating designs with the agency employees
  • Preparing mock-ups and presenting these ideas before deciding on the final design
  • To effectively communicate ideas, information and campaign concepts through design
  • Developing the layout and design for advertisements, corporate reports, brochures and magazines
  • Adhering to our brand identity and guidelines
  • Make sure the artwork is correct and supplied in the correct format/size/colour codes before being sent to press and production facilities.

Digital Marketing Administrator

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Gr12/Matric
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Copywriting or Brand Communications or related fields
  • Minimum 1-2 years marketing, social media administration or content marketing related experience
  • Ability to proficiently navigate and implement digital strategies on various social media platforms

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  • Plan and implement digital marketing strategies across all digital platforms
  • Content planning and marketing for social media platforms
  • Architect and enhance the companies social media presences
  • Promoting brand focused interactive and engaging content
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Work with the team to create innovative social media campaigns

OUTPUTS - Key Tasks:

  • Ensure brand consistency in digital marketing and social media messages
  • To effectively communicate ideas and campaign concepts through digital content
  • Creating engaging written and graphic content in the form of web page, blog content and social media messages
  • Assisting in the copywriting of digital strategies and social media content
  • Implementing strategies to grow the companies digital presence
  • Assisting in the development of digital campaign strategies

COMPETENCIES:
