Having graduated in 2016 and trying to get into the project management space for the past four years, it has been extremely challenging for her because all the recruiters she has approached say she does not have experience.

Her dream job would be Project Management, as it was one of her majors. It is also in high demand in a variety of industries. In today’s economy, project management finds its wide application as organisations face fierce competition. Organisations need a structured approach to plan, organise, control, and manage their resources to deliver timely results.

If she has the opportunity, it will not only empower her but other young South African women.

If you'd like to meet this week's candidate, send an email to [email protected].
