Pianist dazzles crowd at Britain's railway station
Updated | By East Coast Breakfast
A piano was placed with the words, "Play Me, I’m Yours" at one of Britain's railway stations, and a talented pianist decided to give an impromptu performance for his fellow bystanders.
I just love this idea. This piano is one of five public pianos placed around St Pancras International Railway Station in London.
The pianos are left in and around the station with the words ‘PLAY ME, I’M YOURS’ written on them. What an amazing idea!
Meet Henri Herbert, a keyboard player with the band Jim Jones Revue, who decided to give (pretty unmoved) bystanders an impromptu show. And WOW!
Oh, and if you, like me, are a little suspicious about the video because of the seemingly excellent sound quality, well, an audio recorder was placed near the floor very near the back of the piano just incase something wonderful like this happened. And it is THIS recording that was later used and synched to video in post production.
Amazing!
