Durban man nearly exceeds speed limit with shopping trolley

There are many ways to get a speeding fine, but we've never heard of using a shopping trolley to do so...
A Durban resident and YouTube user, Terry Lewis, captured the rare moment of a man riding a shopping trolley through the residential area of uMgeni Park.

The best part about this is that he was going at a quite a pace. In fact, he was going at approximately 60km/h, which is equivalent to the average residential light motor vehicle speedlimit.
Terry, who shot the video, can be seen trying to keep up with the trolley. The 'trolley driver' continuously turns back to check how far ahead of the camera he is.
