The 2026 Hollywoodbets Durban July took place this past weekend, and what a spectacle it was!
This year’s theme, Country Allure, inspired some of the boldest, most creative fashion we’ve seen in years.
Durbanites embraced the brief and made it their own, from dramatic hats and tailored suits to flowing gowns and intricate local designs.

Sky Tshabalala turned heads in a Zulu-inspired take on Country Allure, combining earthy beiges, olive tones and crisp whites to create a look that celebrated both heritage and high fashion.

Zisto kept things effortlessly elegant in a beautifully understated dress that perfectly balanced sophistication with modern country charm.
Tee Xaba
Tee Xaba went all out in a custom-made denim ensemble that blended timeless elegance with authentic country style. It was bold, fashionable and impossible to miss.

J Sbu opted for a refined modern-country look, pairing a deep green blazer with crisp white trousers and a black formal shirt, finished off with just the right touch of bling.

Keeping it classic, Deon G proved that simplicity never goes out of style in a sharp black suit that delivered effortless sophistication.
