Watch: Workers in China crawl in street after failing to reach targets
Updated | By Damon Beard
If you thought you had it bad at work, think again! A company in China is coming under fire after a bizarre video of their employees made the rounds.
Talk about productivity coming to a 'crawling' halt!
The New York Post has said that a company in China has forced its employees to crawl on their hands and knees as a form of public punishment after they reportedly failed to achieve their year-end goals.
The visibly shocked employees were made to crawl along a busy street in Zaozhuang, China behind a man holding a flag with their company’s name on it - all while shocked onlookers looked on as the line of employees slowly made their way through the streets as cars drove past them.
The company has been shut down while authorities investigate the incident further.
Managers have claimed that they were merely trying to “motivate” employees who had come up short regarding their sales targets.
Motivate? This is pure humiliation!
