Truth be told, it's no easy task raising children, especially without support and help. Carol Ofori has shared on several occasions what it feels like to be a working mother and still make time for the kids and her family.

It's no easy task and we have to agree with her on that. Having help is a Godsend and a blessing and allows mothers to still live a life outside of being mothers. And, no, that's not selfish...

So enter support and help - nannies. These lifesavers give mothers and fathers the ability to build, whilst they care and 'parent' in some way. Celebrity nannies have shared some interesting stories online, some of which are quite entertaining. Some are a bit out there, but then again it is a job and we do what we get paid for...

According to The Daddest website, Mariah Carey puts a high value on surrounding herself with positive energy. To her, that means receiving praise, but get this, she has asked that her twins tell her that she is beautiful and talented every day, but that's not the hectic part, the hectic part is that the nannies are required to say this to her, too!

As for Gwen Stefani whose ex, Gavin Rossdale, cheated on her with their nanny, the case is more about the gender rather than the over the top requests. She hires only male nannies, but wait, a former male nanny revealed that he had to dress up in spandex superhero costumes for her boys every night. Eek, the chafing...

Today, our Women Crush Wednesday is dedicated to this legendary woman, who doesn't just stand as a musical icon, but also depicts an outstanding work ethic. She also celebrates her birthday this weekend and in true Queen Bey style, she will do what needs to be done to get the job done.

As much as this may be considered "extra" to the nanny, it is exactly the type of thing we think is adorable with a dash of cuteness. "Apparently, at one stage, Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s eldest could only be calmed down by the 'Single Ladies' dance. Supposedly, Beyoncé asked her nannies to learn the 'Single Ladies' choreography so they could make Blue feel better if necessary," The Daddest reports.
