What’s the dad bod? It is apparently the new hot trend that women around the world are freaking out about. This is what it looks like.
The term was brought to attention by Mackenzie Pearson a 19-year-old student at Clemson University who wrote a piece about them for her student website The Odyssey.
Her title 'Why Girls Love the 'Dad Bod' caught the reader’s eye and she defines the term like this:
"The dad bod says, 'I go to the gym occasionally, but I also drink heavily on the weekends and enjoy eating eight slices of pizza at a time.' It's not an overweight guy, but it isn't one with washboard abs, either."
